On Monday, Oct 12, I worked on the SHS enrollment and eclass record. What was happening Enrollment stores one class for the whole school year. For Senior High, a subject offered in Term 1 and Term 2 is still a single class, with a separate schedule for each term. I also worked on the and drop function. Add & Drop now follows the registration period, shows when that period or enrollment has ended, and lets an admin skip the check. A notice appears above the subject list: Inside the registration period — the save is without charge. I also covered the student SOA visibility, the sidebar student configuration, the MGS IBED, the and drop request process, and the 404 error in action column for add drop request.

On Tuesday, Oct 13, I worked on the SHS term subject change. Registrar can now change a Senior High student's subject by term from Register Student → SHS Term Subject Change. The page is at registrar/shs_term_subject and is assigned to the registrar users who already have Registered Student List. I also worked on the search function. Searching now includes Teacher-role employees in this program, and creates the missing teacher record the first time they match, so they can be assigned. I also covered the revert "checkpoint before checking out ndmu-gakkousoft", the student portal, the udpate: add multi select function for enroll drop, the checkpoint before checking out ndmu-gakkousoft, and the search instructor process.
