I worked on the Student Portal, the search function, and the registrar tools. The biggest change was a new SHS Term Subject Change screen that lets a registrar change a senior high student's subject by term. I also fixed the admission PDS, adjusted a checkpoint, and added a few small features and fixes.

Accomplishments

• Fixed the admission PDS.
• Reverted the checkpoint before checking out ndmu-gakkousoft, then re-added the checkpoint.
• Updated the Student Portal term subject enrollment and the my grades display.
• Updated the search function to include teacher-role employees, create a missing teacher record on first match, show an existing schedule under the instructor's name including instructors outside this department, and label someone with no classes yet as No schedule this term.
• Optimized the search instructor process.
• Added a multi-select function for enroll and drop.
• Added section origin.
• Fixed the student count.
• Updated index.blade.php.
• Added SHS term grade services.
• Added the SHS Term Subject Change feature at registrar/shs_term_subject, assigned to registrar users with the Registered Student List, allowing a search for a senior high student, selection of school year and term, replacement of the subject for that term only, e-class for that term following the new subject, enrollment in the next term moving to the following grading period, drop of a subject belonging only to the selected term with confirmation if the class runs on other terms, updates to the class list inside the existing school-year enrollment without creating a new enrollment or reassessing fees, and a refresh of the registrar menu if the new item is not visible yet.
