I updated the SHS enrollment and e-class record to ensure students remain on both-term electives only when they have not moved to a term-specific elective, corrected term 1 and term 2 listing behavior based on elective changes, and verified that Physics 1 and Physical Science 2 records reflect accurate enrollment across terms.
I enhanced the add and drop function to follow the registration period, display period status, allow admins to skip charge checks, show appropriate charge notices inside and outside the period, enforce server-side charge rules, and show only clock time in the time column.
I updated index.blade.php to replace the action column with a vertical three-dot menu, truncate subject names at 40 characters, and reload the add/drop requests page to reflect changes.
I updated the student sidebar configuration to use the shared layout, added descriptive labels for each control, removed the green banner, added top notes explaining page function and fixed portal pieces, grouped the menu by section with short purposes, enabled section and link reordering via drag, allowed adding and editing links under sections, and ensured hidden sections with active links are still marked as appearing in the menu.
I updated student SOA visibility so that when the sidebar setting hides the ledger and SOA menu item, direct access to related routes returns a 403 error with the message 'This page is turned off in Student Sidebar Configuration,' and the page becomes accessible again when the setting is re-enabled.
I optimized the add and drop request process by enhancing the query, behavior, layout, and design.
I revamped the MGS design.
I fixed the MGS IBED issue where student grades were not displaying by correcting the term average computation.
