On Tuesday, Oct 20, I worked on the eligibility for transfer. The Junior High certificate of transfer now follows the sample layout, and its text is 13px, the same size as the descriptors. Admitted to Grade and Section sit on one line, each with its own blank. I also covered the JHS report card layout, the report card generation, the usermanagement, and the notes creator.

On Wednesday, Oct 21, I worked on the MGS process. Academic Excellence and Failed Students now use the saved grades instead of rebuilding every class record, and the actions menu stays attached to the button you click. I also worked on the configurable certificate borders. Academic Excellence and Perfect Attendance now show only the students allowed by the signed-in user’s course restrictions, and each school department can have its own certificate border. I also covered the student portal - data accuracy, the export QTM applicant score, the section adviser page, the improved: academic excellence and perfect attendance certificates, and the 2 pass PDF.

On Thursday, Oct 22, I worked on the BO concerns and system enhancement requests. Override Transaction Date Add a feature that allows authorized users to override or correct the transaction date of a payment record when necessary, with proper validation and audit logging to track changes. I also worked on the AR update. The Department list now follows the selected classification, and the page no longer loads the student list or leaves the gray loading bars on top of the rows. I also covered the clear searches invoice number look up, the AR update per grouping, and the invoice number lookup.
